The YWCA of NWI offers a schedule of 14 land and 10 water fitness classes per week; 39 hours of Open Gym and 41 hours of Open Swim per week; in addition to 5 hours per week of Red Cross certified swim instruction, 12 hours of Jazzercise, Low impact chair aerobics, cardio blast, Power Tap, weekly Line Dancing, Stepping Classes and Yoga are offered per week with class sizes of 20/25 members.
